We are honoured to introduce you to twelve-year-old Jacoby. A spirited, engaging, kind-hearted and playful pre-teen.
Jacoby lives with cerebral palsy, a condition which affects his movement, posture and eye sight. He has been receiving exceptional care from the amazing Rehabilitation Centre for Children team for a decade.
Your support of the Foundation has made a difference to Jacoby in so many ways. He is an avid LIFE Program participant, attending spring and summer camps, Saturday Night for Teens and Workout Group. Your donations fund all of these amazing programs. He has also received specialized equipment including an adaptive tricycle to enhance his mobility and independence, a cruiser and smart home technology. His condition is chronic and Jacoby will require ongoing support for his development and quality of life.
This social young boy loves sports, Mama Mia, pizza and spending time with his twin sister Addison. His parents, Vanessa and Tyler, are so grateful for your generosity and kind-hearted nature.
