Children’s Rehabilitation Foundation exists to fundraise in support of children and youth accessing services at the Rehabilitation Centre for Children and SSCY Centre. Your generous donations are invested into key areas not funded by other sources, including specialized equipment, technology, adapted recreational programs and research.
Specialized Equipment & Technology
Donor support is vital to funding hundreds of requests each year for a vast range of equipment including eye gaze, iPads, quality of life items, customized bikes and sport wheelchairs.
Adapted Recreational
Programs
The Leisure in Fun Environments program is heavily supported by donor funding and provides a wide range of recreational and social opportunities for youth with disabilities.
Clinical Programs
& Services
Donations help advance the delivery of essential programs and services including prosthetics and orthotics, assistive technology, bike clinic and Smart Suite technology.
Client & Family Programming & Resources
A variety of valuable programs and resources are available to the Centre’s diverse clients thanks to gifts from individuals, organizations and granting agencies.
Pediatric Rehabilitation Clinical Research
Donations are dedicated to funding hands-on clinical research focused on enhancing care and evaluating barriers which restrict inclusion of children with disabilities.

Donor investment is key to nurturing excellence within the Rehabilitation Centre for Children team and enabling them to provide the most progressive care possible.
Children, Youth & Family Experiences
Generous gifts help make incredible moments possible for young people accessing services, including attending sporting and cultural events and meeting their heroes.
