The Scott Sargent Memorial Fund was started for the Children’s Rehabilitation Foundation after Scott Sargent’s tragic snowmobile accident in 2004. Since then Jason Sargent has raised more than $200,000 for this fund through Ride for Rehab and now Steeltown’s Ride for Scott. This money has funded specialized equipment, specialized communication devices and programs including a cooking club for children living with disabilities in the Interlake, Selkirk & East St. Paul area.
