Lulia needs an electric wheelchair adapted with a drive controller to be able to move on her own. The drive controller technology costs nearly $8,000. Without it, she will not be able to operate her new wheelchair. With it, Lulia will be driving herself down school hallways, in and out of rooms and pulling up to a table to be with friends at lunch.
