Meet Jude

Jude was born with a condition which affected his right leg. He began has journey at the Rehabilitation Centre for Children seven years ago. Now ten, Jude has received leading-edge care including multiple prostheses which have transformed his mobility and enabled him to thrive. I belong.

Meet Braelynn

Eight-year-old Braelynn has a rare genetic condition, spinal muscular atrophy, which affects her ability to walk, sit and control her body movements. She sees many specialists and therapists, each integral to her care. Donor support has provided Braelynn with independence. I belong.

Meet Jacoby

Jacoby, 14, has been supported by generous donors for years. Diagnosed with cerebral palsy, you have helped him flourish by funding a cruiser, custom bike and smart home technology. He’s also an avid participant in the LIFE recreation program, a wholly funded donor program. I belong.

Meet Alyanah

Ten-year-old Alyanah has spinal muscular dystrophy. This spirited young girl is articulate and engaging. Thanks to donor generosity, she was gifted a bike which has enabled her to build her strength and experience fun with her family and friends. I belong.

Meet Michael

Young Michael has cerebral palsy. This six-year-old has the most engaging smile, with a grin that stretches ear-to-ear. He’s receiving incredible care from the talented team at the Rehabilitation Centre for Children. Your generosity is enabling him to develop and grow. I belong.

Meet Brooklyn

Brooklyn, a charismatic eleven-year-old, has been attending the Rehabilitation Centre for Children since she was just two. Living with cerebral palsy, the outstanding orthotics and physiotherapy support Brooklyn receives helps her thrive. Brooklyn’s spirited and engaging personality shines from the moment you meet her. I belong.

Meet Liam

Liam is an adorable nearly four-year-old. He lives with an extremely rare condition, bohring opitz syndrome. Donor support has made it possible for him to feel included, funding specialized seating so he can join his family at the dinner table. Liam is also one of the youngest recipients of an adapted bike. I belong.

Meet Aminata

Five-year-old Aminata, affectionately referred to as Mina, has cerebral palsy. She loves music and although non-verbal, mouths the words to songs as if she wrote them herself. Donors support the talented Prosthetics & Orthotics team having the skills and equipment to help her succeed. I belong.

Meet Victor

Fifteen-year-old Victor has cerebral palsy. He has the best smile and a family who adores him. Victor has received specialized equipment funded by donors over the years, including a wet suit. This has allowed him to participate in swimming lessons, one of his favourite activities. I belong.
