Through our interactions with the Foundation, we’ve learned adapted bicycles allow kids to participate in a fun, active lifestyle which truly enhances their quality of life.
We are reaching out to request your support to fundraise for bikes which will be gifted to very deserving youth. These specialized bikes are custom-built for each child. They include everything from foot straps and seatbelts, to specially designed seats and head supports. The cost of each bike can range from $1,000 up to $6,500 which we are sure you can appreciate is very significant for families to be able to afford on their own.
In September, Bob Moore of Killarney will take part in a long-distance bike ride to raise money to support this amazing cause and gift a bike to a very deserving child.
