COVID-19 Update

We want you to know that the health and safety of children, families and our staff is top priority as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves.

To our families, donors and partners—as a supporter of the foundation, you embody selflessness. You have enthusiastically backed our mission to support children living with disabilities. We encourage you to continue to support the most vulnerable during this time by following guidelines outlined by Manitoba Government. We all have a role to play.

  • The CRF team is currently working offsite.  All our employees are reachable by their email addresses. For any general inquiries you can also phone 204.258.6700.
  • We are continuing to plan fundraisers and events for the months ahead, but are continually monitoring the risks and will advise if anything is postponed or cancelled. Currently, Manitoba Street Rod Association’s Rodarama, which was scheduled for May 1-3, has been cancelled. Rotary Club of Winnipeg West’s ChickenFest has been postponed until the fall. We will post the new dates as soon as they are available.
  • For RCC clients—as services continue at SSCY Centre, all visitors entering the building will be screened. A triaging process has been put into place in each clinical area to determine whether clients need to be seen in person, could be seen through a virtual visit, or whether appointments could be deferred to a later date without negative impacts. For more information visit their website or call 204.452.4311.

We are continuing to move forward with our mission to support children living with disabilities. Any support, big or small, will always be valuable to children living with disabilities. If you would like to donate, please do so online or phone 204.258.6700.
